The total cost for the year is split into 12 easy monthly payments by direct debit, so you never face a big bill. Before signing up, we send you a detailed breakdown and full terms for complete clarity and peace of mind.

Can I reschedule appointments?
Yes, we know life can get in the way and providing you give us 48 hours notice before the appointment we are happy to reschedule. Please note this will only affect that one appointment, we cannot move all future appointments to adjust their schedule.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel the membership in writing with 4 weeks notice. We will calculate payments received against services provided at point of cancellation, and work out if any money is owed or to be refunded.
Can I add additional treatments on an ad hoc basis?
Yes, if you don't want a spa treatment every time just add it on during drop off. This will be charged at point of collection.
What if I have multiple dogs?
Each dog has their own membership and direct debit set up to keep things simple and easy to adjust.
