The total cost for the year is split into 12 easy monthly payments by direct debit, so you never face a big bill. Before signing up, we send you a detailed breakdown and full terms for complete clarity and peace of mind.
Our VIP opens once a year to new members and you will need an invitation to join. You can register your interest below for the next intake.

Who Can Join?
Your dog can join our VIP dog grooming club trough invitation only and if they:
- Are at least 1 year old
- Have attended at least one grooming session with us in the past 2 months
- Their grooming scheduled is a maximum of every 8 weeks

How does the monthly VIP dog grooming subscription work?
You tell us your ideal grooming frequency, choose any spa add-ons, and pay a fixed monthly fee. All bookings are set up a year in advance.
Who is eligible to join the VIP dog grooming membership?
Dogs must be over 1 year, have had a recent visit within 2 months, and be on an 8-week grooming schedule to join the VIP subscription.
How do I join the VIP dog grooming subscription?
Spaces are invitation only and doors open once a year for new members. You can fill out our VIP register form to let us know you are interested and we will send you an invitation to join if you are elidable and when new intake starts.
Can I reschedule appointments?
Yes, we know life can get in the way and providing you give us 48 hours notice before the appointment we are happy to reschedule. Please note this will only affect that one appointment, we cannot move all future appointments to adjust their schedule.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel the membership in writing with 4 weeks notice. We will calculate payments received against services provided at point of cancellation, and work out if any money is owed or to be refunded.
What spa treatments do you offer?
We offer luxury spa treatments for dogs, including teeth cleaning, dog facials, coat conditioning, nail filing, and de-shedding mud spa's with any groom.
Can I add additional treatments on an ad hoc basis?
Yes, if you don't want a spa treatment every time just add it on during drop off. This will be charged at point of collection.
What if I have multiple dogs?
Each dog has their own membership and direct debit set up to keep things simple and easy to adjust.
